Research expertise

As an Applied Medical Anthropologist with a specialization in Global Public Health and International Law, I am uniquely suited to holistically research complex health emergencies. I am interested in the praxis-based side of applied research in order to engage societies in crisis and produce sustainable change through evidence-based research. My research interests include critical medical anthropology, applied anthropology, health and human rights, pandemics and healthcare crisis, reproductive health, adolescent and child health, humanitarian and human rights law, and participatory action research. I have particular expertise in rapid qualitative and mixed-method data collection and analysis in low resource settings.
